The minimum age to use our Site is 16 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 16 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.

3. Sale of Goods and Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the following goods and services available on our Site:

  • Pet Supplements: Intended for supportive use only.

  • Pet Toys & Enrichment Tools: To be used under supervision.

  • First Aid Kits: For emergency supportive care; not a replacement for veterinary surgery.

  • Home Fragrance: For use in well-ventilated areas around pets.

  • Enrichment Plans: Provided as digital content or bespoke guides.

Professional Disclaimer: We are not veterinarians. All products, supplements, and enrichment plans are provided for educational and supportive purposes. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your vet before introducing new supplements or starting a new health regime for your pet.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • PayPal

When you provide payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument chosen. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we believe it violates the law or these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be delivered via standard methods (e.g., Royal Mail or DPD). Delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or bank holidays. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Right to Cancel and Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to cancel your order. However, specific exemptions apply to our product range:

  • Supplements & First Aid: Due to health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned if the protective seal is broken or tampered with.

  • Digital Enrichment Plans: By downloading or accessing a digital enrichment plan, you express consent to waive your 14-day cancellation period.

  • Home Fragrance & Toys: Must be returned in original, unused, and resaleable condition.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us at info@pawsonalhealth.co.uk. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jodie Prigmore and Pawsonal Health will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site or products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adverse reactions to supplements (please check ingredients for allergies).

  • Injury caused by the misuse of toys or enrichment tools.

  • The implementation of Enrichment Plans. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Site legally and not for fraudulent purposes. You may not harass other users, violate intellectual property rights, or hack into accounts. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations.

9. Severability

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid under applicable law, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity of the rest of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
