Free delivery on orders over £40 and free local delivery (WF10 and surrounding areas up to 10km)

Cut-off time for orders is 2pm.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be processed on Monday.
For any out-of-stock items, you will have the option to pre-order

Delivery and Returns

Deliveries will be made by Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY

You can return an item to us if the product is unopened and in a resell-able state within 14 days.
We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened but your dog does not like the food.
We can arrange to send you a FREE returns labels in the UK if you have either been sent the incorrect products or the order was an error on our behalf.
